Each session blends guided meditation with gentle teachings—exploring mindfulness techniques, the science behind meditation, and practical tools you can bring into your daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these classes offer a supportive community and a chance to grow together.

Justin takes a person-centered, humanistic, and intersectional approach to therapy, believing deeply in the inner strength and healing potential of each individual. Justin embraces a non-pathologizing perspective, seeing each person as the expert on their own life. He acts as an empathetic and compassionate companion, supporting clients as they navigate uncertainty, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

Justin specializes in working with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. He also has expertise in addressing issues related to spirituality and religion, death and dying, health complications, and LGBTQ2A matters. His compassionate and integrative approach helps clients come to terms with their present realities while making meaningful changes for their well-being and personal growth.

His therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, somatic techniques, and internal family systems (IFS) therapy to help clients reconnect with their inner resources and align with their core values. Justin’s sessions are designed to co-create a safe, grounded space where clients can become intimate with their own healing potential and uncover their essential goodness. Over time, Justin’s clients develop emotional resilience, gaining the tools to navigate difficult emotions and better cope with life’s uncertainties. Therapy also helps them clarify their deepest values, leading to a more authentic and aligned way of living. As past traumas and emotional wounds are integrated and healed, clients often feel a greater sense of wholeness and peace. They also find that their relationships with others improve, becoming more respectful, authentic, and fulfilling as they grow more self-aware and compassionate.

Justin’s clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of life transitions, such as health crises, relationship challenges, and bereavement. He has provided care at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and Toronto General Hospital, where he supported patients dealing with oncology, mental health, general surgery, and cardiology-related issues. His work in the Department of Spiritual Care at University Health Network has deepened his ability to be present with clients amid emotional turmoil. Since 2024, Justin has also served as a part-time interfaith chaplain at SickKids, offering psychosocial support through talk therapy, religious and spiritual rituals, and mindfulness meditations. Justin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and holds a master’s degree in psychospiritual studies from Emmanuel College, University of Toronto.
